Using the Nikon 600 mm F4 and a Nikon D 300S I was able to capture the Eagle coming right past me.

Western Meadow Lark

Western Meadow Lark in the spring. I had just enough time to roll down the window of my truck and stick out my camera and lens and take a couple of shots before he flew off.

I was able to capture the Eagle as he took off from the ice.

Teton Sunrise

I scouted out the location the day before I took this photo and picked the spot that I wanted for the photo. I got up at 3:30 in the morning to get this spot and a guy was already there almost in the spot I had picked out. Sunrise was at 7:15am. By the time it was almost sunrise, there were fort two people lined up to take photos of the sunrise.
